Oneness,
path to happiness

Philosophy

There is something about simplicity. Simple things in life often bring us the greatest joy. We always have the choice to make things simple or complicated. This also goes for healing.

Conventional medicine treats symptoms and illnesses. Alternative methods often aim at restoring the body’s natural balance and so promote healing and health. But ultimate healing only occurs when the root cause is dealt with. This is nearly always on a spiritual level.

Health and relationship challenges are encountered when we walk the path of “separateness,” when we see others as separate from us, when we feel disconnected from ourselves and from God.

On the other hand, when walking the path to “oneness,” treating every person and situation with love and so becoming an embodiment of love, we eliminate the circumstances which compromise health and happiness.

In their quest for self-improvement, many people turn to Qigong as a great energetic exercise system to promote healing and personal growth. Despite years of practice, many students find that sooner or later their evolution hits a wall. It seems that practicing Qigong paves the way for something, a void that needs to be filled. This missing link in Qigong is spirituality.

No matter what we define as spirituality, it all comes down to re-establishing and healing our relationship with God. This is what life is all about: expanding our consciousness and learning through experience that we are part of God, that we are God.

The principles and purpose of healing

In most, if not all health challenges, there is a history of love deficiency. Somehow and somewhere, we were faced with a challenge in life and we responded with something other than love, such as anger, frustration or fear. We went out of alignment with our Self. We alienate ourselves from our Self when we don’t recognize love, when we see others as separate from us, when it’s “us” versus “them.” This is separateness, the idea that we all exist individually. It is the root cause of all suffering.

If however, through compassion, we learn that all of us are driven by the same desires and motives, then we will understand that we are not only similar but that our true essence is the same. In other words, we are ONE. In our reality, the world of duality, we are all unique expressions and manifestations of the same Self, according to our own consciousness and choice of experience. What you see in another is just a different part of your self.

Everything that exists has a Divine purpose. Through health issues, our Self communicates to us that we are out of alignment. We then have the opportunity to bring love back in ourselves and in the situations we are dealing with, and health and happiness will return. It is in healing our relationship with God that we heal our challenges.

Once dis-ease has served its purpose and we restored love where it was lacking in our life, it has become useless – the messenger delivered the message – and it can’t but cease to exist.

Healing our Consciousness is more important than healing our body, so even when a person dies, healing is still successful when love has been restored. We “are” not our body, we just dwell in it for a while so we can have our experience necessary for us to heal and grow and become love again, and ultimately become one with God.

All problems are caused by a lack of love.

The world serves as a mirror for us and so, we are in control of how the world responds to us.

We have free choice.

We can walk the path to Oneness, which leads to happiness.

The best path to oneness, is compassion.

The other path is separateness, the idea that we exist individually and separate from one another.

This belief is the root cause of all suffering.

The purpose of life is to learn through experience the truth that we are part of God, that we are God.
